Nước Chấm (Dipping Sauce) for Gỏi Cuốn (Spring Rolls)

A Vietnamese Classic

The dipping sauce of all dipping sauce, that will bring all the foodies to the yard.

Cookware & Appliances Needed

  1. Stove or Hot plate
  2. Small sauce pain
  3. Spatula

Ingredients

  1. Hoisin sauce – 1 cup
  2. Peanut Butter (Extra Chunky/Extra Crunchy) – 1/2 cup
  3. Sriracha- 1 TBSP
  4. Water – 1 cup
  5. Honey – 1 TSP
  6. Olive oil – 1/4 TSP

LET’S COOK

  • Begin by adding olive oil to the small sauce pan.
  • Then add the hoisin sauce, peanut butter, sriracha, and honey to the small sauce pan. Stir and add water.
  • Once the sauce begins to simmer, turn off the stove/hot plate.
  • Enjoy!
