Ingredients

  1. Low sodium soy sauce – 2 TBSP
  2. Mirin – 1 TBSP
  3. Sesame oil – 1/2 TSP
  4. Ground ginger – 1/2 TSP

  • In a 3 oz dipping bowl, add soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and ground ginger.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
  • Serve with fried tofu.
