Mediterranean Chicken

Cookware & Appliances Needed

  1. Oven
  2. Cutting board
  3. Knife
  4. 11 inch glass pan or baking sheet

Ingredients for chicken marinade

  1. Chicken breast or thighs – 2-2.5 lbs (or 4)
  2. Oregano – 1 1/2 TBSP
  3. Ground Coriander – 2 TSP
  4. Ground garlic powder – 2 TSP
  5. Ground turmeric – 2 TSP
  6. Salt – 2 1/2 TSP
  7. Ground black pepper – 1 TSP
  8. Olive oil – 2 TBSP

Instructions

PREP

  • Wash and dry chicken.
  • Cut chicken breast or thighs into cubes.
  • In a 11 glass pan, place the cubed chicken breast in.
  • Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, oregano, ground coriander, ground garlic powder, ground turmeric, salt, and ground black pepper. Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours for best results.
