The Dressing Where You Know All The Ingredients

- Blender
- Cutting board
- Knife of choice
Ingredients
- Avocado, whole – 3
- Greek yogurt – 1 cup
- Olive oil- 3 TBSP
- Cilantro – 40 grams
- Garlic clove, whole- 2
- Lemon, -1/2 of a whole
Instructions
PREP
- Wash and dry all herbs/produce.
- Peel the outer layer of the garlic and cut the dry stem end off.
- Remove the distant stems of the cilantro.
- Slice avocado, remove pits, and scoop out the flesh.
LET’S BLEND
- In blender, add the avocado, cilantro, garlic, Greek yogurt, and olive oil.
- If the dressing remains too thick, add more olive oil. Caution, too much olive oil may lead to splitting.
- Once blended, squeeze in half a lemon.
- If you want a more zesty taste, add more lemon juice.
- Best served with a salad and paired with Mediterranean Chicken entrée.
