Avocado Cilantro Dressing

The Dressing Where You Know All The Ingredients

Cookware & Appliances Needed

  1. Blender
  2. Cutting board
  3. Knife of choice

Ingredients

  1. Avocado, whole – 3
  2. Greek yogurt – 1 cup
  3. Olive oil- 3 TBSP
  4. Cilantro – 40 grams
  5. Garlic clove, whole- 2
  6. Lemon, -1/2 of a whole

PREP

  • Wash and dry all herbs/produce.
  • Peel the outer layer of the garlic and cut the dry stem end off.
  • Remove the distant stems of the cilantro.
  • Slice avocado, remove pits, and scoop out the flesh.

LET’S BLEND

  • In blender, add the avocado, cilantro, garlic, Greek yogurt, and olive oil.
    • If the dressing remains too thick, add more olive oil. Caution, too much olive oil may lead to splitting.
  • Once blended, squeeze in half a lemon.
    • If you want a more zesty taste, add more lemon juice.
  • Best served with a salad and paired with Mediterranean Chicken entrée.
