Air-Fryer Parmesan & Herbs Pork Loin

If the thought of swine disease causes too much distress, this recipe is not for you. Maybe the mad cow disease is the next best thing.

Cookware & Appliances Needed

  1. Air Fryer
  2. Small mixing bowl
  3. Tongs
  4. Aluminum foil
  5. Plate

Ingredients for chicken marinade

  1. Pork loin chops – 4
  2. Parmesan cheese, grated – ½ cup
  3. Black pepper – ½ tsp
  4. Salt – ½ tsp
  5. Oregano – 1 ½ tsp
  6. Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  7. Paprika – 1 tsp
  8. Olive oil to coat the pork chops

Instructions

PREP

  • Mix the parmesan, black pepper, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika together.
  • Coat the pork chops in a light layer of olive oil.
  • Rub both sides of the pork loin chops with the seasoning mixture.

LET’S COOK

  • Cook each pork loin chop in an air fryer at 390 F (in air fry mode) until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached. This will probably take 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Take the pork chops out and let them rest for 10 minutes before consuming.
  • Best paired with bacon veggie stir-fry.
  • Enjoy!
